Your first appointment takes about 60 minutes and includes:

Are contact lenses safe to wear?
Yes—when prescribed and cared for properly. Modern lenses are made from highly breathable materials that keep eyes comfortable and oxygenated. Follow these guidelines:
Wear only lenses approved by your eye-care professional.
Stick to the recommended replacement schedule (daily, bi-weekly, monthly, etc.).
Wash and dry hands before handling lenses.
Use fresh solution every time and replace your case every three months.
Never sleep in lenses unless they’re specifically designed for overnight wear.
